Pentonville Studios is a 1,400 sq ft industrial-feel photography and film studio set within a characterful East London railway arch. Available to hire on a dry hire basis, the studio puts you in complete creative control — you bring your crew, your vision, and your kit.
The space suits a wide range of commercial and editorial production: fashion, beauty, portraiture, e-commerce, still life, product, video, and everything in between. High ceilings, exposed brickwork, and a flexible layout that adapts to whatever the job demands.

All hire includes the studio, backdrops, internet, sound system, client area, parking, and kitchen. Add-ons quoted separately on request.
Half Day

Dedicated Client Space. A comfortable client / production area separate from the shooting floor. Keep art directors, producers and clients comfortable and out of the way when it matters.
Set Build
In-Studio Set Build Options. Clean, practical set build capability within the studio. Add-on for concept-led shoots requiring bespoke environments, colour blocking, or scenic construction.

The Space
1,400 sqft / 130 m Railway Arch. An industrial aesthetic with genuine character. High ceilings, exposed brickwork, and an adaptable layout suited to a wide range of creative production.
Backdrops
Colorama paper rolls available in multiple widths and colourways. White and grey included as standard with every hire. Custom canvas backdrops also available in a range of colours by arrangement. Enquire about current availability when booking.
Access and logistics
Free on-site parking. Secure gated setting. Ground floor studio, so easy load-in for equipment-heavy days. Well connected via Hoxton, Haggerston, Liverpool Street, and Old Street.
Comfort and amenities
Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. On-site toilet facilities. Dog-friendly. A practical, comfortable base for a full production day.
Layout
Adaptable Floor Plan. 130 m² of unobstructed space. Suitable for single-set stills, multi-set fashion shoots, small-scale video production, and everything in between.
